Board of Directors

The CCMC Authority Board of Directors is elected and is composed of five members of our community. The Board of Directors are volunteers, who serve the citizens of Cordova, in addition to working full-time in their jobs and businesses. The Hospital Administrator and Department Managers direct the day to day operations of the facility.

Election of Board Officers is held in April
These meetings are open to the public and the public is encouraged to attend.
The Board of Directors regular meetings are held the last Thursday of every month at 6pm.  Agendas and Packets are available prior to the meeting on the City of Cordova website:
