The Cordova Community Medical Center Compliance Hotline is a process for employees and patients to bring forth concerns regarding financial, regulatory, and patient safety issues 24/7. CCMC is committed to providing a safe environment where individuals can identify instances of fraud and other serious concerns. Callers to the CCMC Compliance Hotline can remain anonymous if they choose. Calls are never traced. However, please note that in some occurrences anonymity may hamper a thorough investigation. Also, details of the concern or prior conversations about the concern may reduce your chances of remaining anonymous.

  • Theft, fraud, waste, and abuse
  • Violating health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Conflicts of interest
  • Accepting inappropriate gifts and gratuities
  • Discrimination and harassment
  • Improper use of CCMC property and systems
